Job Title: Data Entry Executive – Freshers

About the Role

Green Stapler, an investment recovery and personal finance company, is hiring freshers for the position of Data Entry Executive. This role is suitable for recent graduates looking to begin their careers in data entry and back-office operations.
No prior work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update client information in Excel, Google Sheets and internal systems.
Verify data against source documents and correct errors or incomplete entries.
Identify duplicate records and maintain accurate, organized databases.
Update case statuses, trackers and daily work reports.
Assist with scanning, filing and organizing documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing information.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets and email.
Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to learn and complete tasks within deadlines.
