We are hiring International Voice Process Executives (Freshers) for a US-based voice process in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills who are looking to start their career in the BPO / International Call Center industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers
• Provide professional customer support and resolve queries effectively
• Maintain clear and accurate call documentation
• Follow company guidelines and US process standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Meet quality and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome (Graduates / Undergraduates / Diploma holders)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills

• Neutral or US accent is an added advantage
• Customer handling skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
