Role & responsibilities

Enter and update customer details and other information in internal systems.
Verify data, forms, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update databases, records, and digital files.

Prepare daily reports and maintain records using MS Excel and MS Office.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company records.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who are sincere, disciplined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Good typing speed with accuracy.
