Job Description

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. Accounts Data Entry

Tally must

Enter purchase invoices, sales invoices and expense details into the accounting system.
Maintain supplier and customer payment records.
Assist in preparation of vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
Update daily cash, bank and expense transactions.
Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice verification.

B. Purchase Data Entry

Enter Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) into the ERP system.
Maintain supplier details and purchase records.
Update material rates, quantities and delivery schedules.
Record supplier quotations and comparative statements.
Track pending purchase orders and material delivery status.
Maintain purchase-related documents and reports.

C. Stores Data Entry

Enter material inward and outward transactions.
Update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) details in the ERP system.
Maintain stock receipts, issues and return records.
Update daily stock balances and inventory details.
Assist in physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
Maintain material codes, descriptions and bin location records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
