Position Details

Required Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Master's degree is an added advantage.

•⁠ ⁠8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Data Engineering, Service Management, Analytics, or Automation.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in ServiceNow reporting and ITSM analytics.

•⁠ ⁠Strong experience with Master Data Management platforms, preferably Microsoft MDS.

•⁠ ⁠Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operational improvement programs.

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated success in automation implementation and productivity improvement.
