Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale data pipelines using ETL tools such as Hadoop, Spark, AWS Glue etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for complex data processing needs.
Develop high-quality code in Python using PySpark and PL/SQL to ensure efficient data processing.
Troubleshoot issues related to big data processing workflows and optimize performance for improved scalability.

Job Requirements :

5-10 years of experience in Data Engineering with expertise in Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark etc.
Strong proficiency in Python programming language with experience working on large-scale projects.
Experience with ETL tools like Hive, Pig, Redshift etc. is required; knowledge of AWS Glue is an added advantage.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries including joins, aggregations, subqueries etc. using PL/SQL.
