Job Description

As a Data & Document Management Processor, your role will involve performing end-to-end document management services in compliance with service level agreements. This will include tasks such as data digitization, data indexing, document scanning, and maintenance. Your contribution will also be crucial in supporting initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 7+ years of experience in the Capital Markets domain, specifically in Asset & Wealth management. This includes expertise in front office processes like research, ratings, portfolio management, and trading. - Demonstrate core Business Analysis skills such as requirement elicitation, impact analysis, requirement documentation, user stories creation, Definition of Done (DOD), working with Product Owners to finalize Product Backlog, providing test support, ensuring business readiness, and proficiency in JIRA + Confluence. - Showcase strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Exhibit a solid understanding of Investment Data & Domain expertise. You should be able to query databases and data sources to support the requirements gathering approach, using tools like SQL and AWS. Qualification Required: - You should hold a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant work experience in the field. - Educational qualification should include 15 years of full-time education. Good to Have Skills: - Familiarity with AWS Architecture would be advantageous in this role.
