About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business problems.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business and management teams.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Understanding of data cleaning, statistical concepts, and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic statistical analysis and business intelligence concepts.
• Candidates with relevant projects, internships, or practical experience are encouraged to apply.
