Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Nagpur. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The role involves analyzing datasets, building reports and dashboards, and generating clear insights to support business decisions. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, develop data models, and present findings in a clear, understandable format. The position also includes monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, and recommending data-backed improvements to processes and strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets and solve business problems.
• Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills, including experience with tools or platforms for data exploration and visualization.
• Candidates should possess Statistics skills to apply quantitative methods, analyze distributions, and validate findings.
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to structure, organize, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and at least one data analysis or BI tool (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in an on-site environment is expected.
