Developer (Python & PHP) with Data skills The Role. We’re looking for a full-time developer with strong Python and PHP skills, and a solid understanding of data, to join our small, hands-on team. You’ll work directly with the founders and existing development team, across the entire product lifecycle—from feature building, to bug hunting. This is a full-stack, data-heavy role, and we need someone who can move fast, think independently, and reason clearly about data, ETL pipelines and Business Analytics. A big part of this role is working with real-world, messy data: analyzing it, transforming it, and using it to power product features and decisions. You don’t need a PhD—but you should be comfortable thinking like a data scientist when the problem calls for it. Tech & Other Requirements: Language proficiency: English C1-C2 level Time zone availability: 09:00 – 17:00 CET (Central European Time) working hours Flexible working hours can be arranged with prior alignment. Advanced knowledge of the following technical skills required: • Python (data analysis, scripting, back-end logic, AI, Orchestration, RAG) • PHP (Laravel) • ProstgreSQL / Data Modeling / ETL pipelines • APIs, Workflow automation Intermediate knowledge of the following technical skills required: • React, CSS Nice to have skills: • AWS Cloud & Dev Ops fundamentals • Ontology & Knowledge Graphs (LangChain, or similar AWS managed services) If you’ve worked with analytics, statistics, experimentation, or ML-adjacent tooling—great.
