This role requires mature, responsible candidates who are serious about earning and long-term work. You will manage the complete sales cycle from customer interaction to final delivery. - Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements Explain products, materials, finishes, colours, and mechanisms Create purchase orders and share with internal teams Follow up with clients for timely payments Coordinate with factory/production for custom products and new styles Ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders Maintain showroom cleanliness and display standards Achieve monthly sales targets Handle basic billing and documentation Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business - Required Experience: 24 years in furniture showroom sales Experience closing walk-in clients Purchase order and billing experience Factory coordination exposure Knowledge of furniture trends, materials, and finishes Track record of meeting sales targets - Skill Preference: Retail / Showroom / Furniture Sales Client handling and negotiation Product explanation and closing Purchase order creation and payment follow-up Knowledge of materials, finishes, and trending styles Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Sheets / billing software) Strong communication and follow-up discipline - Candidate Profile: Mature and responsible Serious about work and earning No GenZ candidates Immediate joiners preferred Salary: Based on experience + incentives
