The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products/services, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at the store counter. Role & responsibilities : Handle counter sales and customer engagement in-store Assist customers in product selection and provide product knowledge Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction Maintain display standards and stock presentation Support sales targets and follow-up with potential walk-in clients Coordinate with team for store operations and promotional activities Candidate should have a good command over the language and should have good communication Skills Preferred candidate profile : A female candidate with excellent communication skills, strong command over language, confident personality Pleasing customer interaction skills, and proven sales background Must be presentable and open to travel Salary offered - As per industry standards with exciting Incentives
