Lead Calling & Follow-ups Call daily inbound & outbound leads provided by the institute. Explain course details, curriculum, fees, and benefits clearly. Maintain follow-up communication via phone, WhatsApp, and SMS. 2. Lead Qualification & Conversion Understand the needs of students/prospects and guide them to the right course. Convert leads into walk-in visitors for counselling sessions. Convert walk-in visitors into confirmed admissions. 3. Counselling Support Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counselling/admission team. Maintain proper records of interactions and status updates in CRM/Excel. 4. Daily Reporting & Communication Report daily call count, follow-ups, and conversion status.
