We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager with proven expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically in the areas of water supply, water treatment, and waste management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical acumen, and stakeholder management skills to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development support. Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and community stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and inspections. Monitor project progress, manage risks proactively, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain schedules and budgets. Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of all required project reports and documentation. Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, contract management, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. At least 8 years of leadership experience specifically in water supply projects or similar infrastructure initiatives.
