Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across multiple properties. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a proven track record in corporate, MICE, and wedding segments, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share. Identify and develop key business relationships in Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, and Destination Wedding segments. Manage RFPs, contract negotiations, and close high-value deals. Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to optimize yield strategies. Represent the brand at trade shows, road shows, and networking events. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across properties. Ensure consistent brand messaging and strong customer relationship management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 6+ years of relevant experience in hotel sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior sales role. Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Well-connected with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and hotel management systems.
