Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Chief Sub Editor at Dainik Jagran located in Aligarh. The Deputy Chief Sub Editor will be responsible for overseeing the editorial content of the newspaper, managing the sub-editing team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the news articles, and coordinating with reporters and other editorial staff. The Deputy Chief Sub Editor will also be responsible for editing articles for clarity, grammar, and style, as well as making sure that deadlines are met. Qualifications Strong skills in Editing, Proofreading, and Writing Experience in Content Management and Editorial Planning Proficiency in Journalism principles and News Reporting Knowledge of Media Law and Ethical Reporting Practices Excellent communication and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field Experience in a similar editorial role is highly preferred
