The Role You’ll start by understanding and extending our current Flutter + Firebase + Cloud Functions app. In parallel, you’ll build a new web platform from scratch—first achieving feature parity with the app, then delivering web-only features (SEO-friendly pages, dashboards, admin tools, deep analytics, etc.). You’ll also research and integrate AI capabilities that improve developer workflows and user experience. Responsibilities - Maintain and extend the existing Flutter + Firebase + Cloud Functions application. - Design and build the web platform end-to-end (architecture, components, routing, deployments). - Create a feature-parity checklist to port app functionality to the web, then add web-only features (e.g., SEO/SSR pages, reporting, keyboard-friendly UX, admin consoles). - Develop secure, well-documented APIs/integrations; optimize for performance and reliability. - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development, testing, and documentation. - Research and implement AI features that automate workflows or enhance product capabilities. - Ensure accessibility (WCAG), SEO, analytics, and responsive design; consider PWA where appropriate. - Collaborate via GitHub (branches, PRs, reviews) for smooth multi-dev, AI-assisted collaboration. Requirements - Hands-on experience with Flutter, Firebase, Cloud Functions. - Strong JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with a modern web framework (React/Next.js preferred). - Solid understanding of API design, auth, and cloud deployments. - Database design skills (Firestore; familiarity with SQL/Postgres is a plus). - Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools and researching/applying AI solutions. - Bonus: SEO/SSR, analytics, design systems, or dashboards; React/Next.js; Postgres; blockchain/traceability.
