Worst experience ever....they said we dont have staff to send ur parcel....pls come and collect .....wen i came to collect they said Mr.Pawar Sir is not at his place at 3pm plz come at 5.30pm...is this the way they work at working hours.

Service is good but seriously needs to increase no. Of counters for speed Post, because half of the counter remains blank, only 2 gets longer lines.

If possible I want to give minus ratings... They don't have their written set of instructions. They trouble their customers a lot.. Prefer their contact persons over normal customers....
