Staff and particularly Mr Maurya was cultured, polite and helpful. They not only gave me patient hearing but also guided me with procedures for issues related to my PPF account.

Poor management, in place of 6-8 people, the post office is being managed by only 2 people. Moreover,even they are not ready to work responsibily. Even after seeing the que of 30-40ppl, they are working in their same manner and speed, and if u say them to kindly do fast, u get to learn about newer abusive words from staff.....

Do not go here for any adhaar services...this guy(Anshu) is fraud, charging 300 for any adhaar service and ask for only cash.
if you have to visit anyway, do not pay him and ask for slip

Never pick up the calls of customers. Post office employees are not serious about the services they are enjoying only their wages without serious about their services. Really very disappointing. Government has to take serious action against such post offices.

Quality of interface is poor. Most of the post masters have been indifferent. Attitude for providing service with a smile is missing.
