Orders from Mumbai to Greater Noida take 2 days. Delivery from Alpha 1, Greater Noida to home (5KM away) takes 3 days. Sometimes, delivery attempts are marked as "door locked" and urgent documents need to be collected by ourselves. What a pathetic service

Worst service. My parcel status shown delivered but it wasn't delivered so i had to go to the post office and collect it. He said it is not possible to cover this much big area. Like he is not getting paid from govt.
