Vashi post office is big and offer most of the services. The only problem is shortage of staff thus keeping counter "out of service" and make people wait in queue for long to get their service done.

Very bad service. Vashi PO people dnt bother to receive the calls. Either they kept on ringing or they just simply keep them without responding over phone.

my parcels have been there for 5 to 10 dayson multiple occasions & noone delivers them. no one picks up the phone & if they do no one is interested in helping you. typical Indian government service. highly disappointed.

Post is located within a residential area. However lacks the proper functional system. Only one counter operates. Lot of things are broken. Parking is available in post. A post officer is cooperative.

I contacted the office via phone to request the status of a package I was to expecting from the US. The gentleman took the tracking number and my phone number and sure enough the delivery person coordinated with me over the phone to ensure a timely delivery of the package. Courteous and efficient staff.

Pathetic attitude of employees. This post office blot of shame on Postal services. Postman never delivers and falsely updates tracking status. Even after calling postmaster no resolution is given. The delivery section staff are liars and cheaters. Never go to this post office.

No system in Government departments, while standing in queue for over 1 hr, senior citizens are getting served in the middle of the queue.. still postal staff are not concerned about it.

No one picking call. Post showing delivered but is not actually received on the given address. Waste of tax money. Should shut down shop
