We are a growing FMCG distribution agency engaged in the supply and distribution of leading consumer products. We are looking for a sincere and organized Accounts & Office Executive to manage billing, payments, stock reconciliation, and day-to-day accounts activities. Maintain sales and purchase bills in accounting software . Handle payment collection from customers and reconcile outstanding balances. Reconcile goods and stock movements between warehouse and billing records. Manage bank deposits, petty cash, and vendor payments on a daily/weekly basis. Prepare and update daily sales, payment, and stock reports . Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for smooth distribution operations. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounts-related records.
