We are looking for a results-driven IT Head to oversee and manage all aspects of our technology infrastructure, systems, and support. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our digital ecosystem across departments. You will lead the IT function with a strategic mindset while maintaining hands-on involvement in operations. Location: Delhi, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: No bar for the Right Candidate Responsibilities Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and support services. Ensure system availability, performance, and data security across locations and platforms. Manage internal helpdesk support to resolve hardware/software/user access issues within defined SLAs. Plan, procure, and manage hardware assets (laptops, servers, firewalls, printers, etc.). Administer user access controls, backups, and data recovery protocols. Lead IT projects (new software rollouts, ERP integration, cloud migrations) with clear timelines and outcomes. Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and documentation in line with industry best practices. Evaluate and recommend technology vendors, tools, and solutions aligned with business needs. Monitor and manage IT budgets, licensing, and annual renewals. Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy regulations, and internal audit requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with business, HR, and finance teams to support IT enablement across departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and systems management. Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networks (LAN/WAN), cybersecurity, and cloud systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS/Azure). Experience in managing internal IT helpdesk, hardware lifecycle, and software licensing. Familiarity with endpoint management tools, firewalls, VPNs, and backup solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, project management, and documentation skills.
