D365 Functional Consultant F&O - SCM

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations SCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team at Synoverge Technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong functional depth in supply chain modules, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work independently with clients across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, upgrades, and support projects across SCM modules
• Conduct requirement gathering, prepare FRD, GAP-Fit analysis, FDD, test cases, and user manuals
• Configure D365 F&O SCM modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (including Advanced WMS), Production Control, Master Planning, and PIM
• Collaborate with technical teams to communicate functional requirements and validate enhancements
• Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems (EDI, manufacturing execution, WMS platforms)
• Conduct functional and UAT testing; support go-live cutover and data migration activities
• Train end users and provide post-go-live hypercare and ongoing support
• Manage client communication through Azure DevOps or similar tools
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with modules: Inventory Management, WMS/Advanced Warehousing, Production Control, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, PIM, Sales & Marketing
• Experience in manufacturing domain (discrete, process, or auto ancillary preferred)
• Strong documentation skills - FRD, FDD, test scripts, training materials
  

Good to Have

• Microsoft Certification preferred: MB-330 or MB-335
• Experience with D365 Business Central
• Prior end-user experience in a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to international projects (US, Japan, Mexico, or similar)
• Familiarity with RSAT for testing and automation
