You will be working as a Video Conferencing Support Executive at our prestigious customer location in Chennai on a full-time on-site basis. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring fault-free operation of virtual meetings conducted via platforms such as Webex, Teams, Zoom, and other platforms over open internet connections. You will also be managing virtual meetings conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) devices on the intranet. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and resolving hardware/software issues related to the Multi-Conferencing Unit (MCU), Management Server, Video Recording, Streaming Service, and Gatekeeper Device. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with video conferencing endpoints will also be a part of your role. Collaboration with all Regional Communication Centers (RCCs) to ensure proper arrangements for video conferences, meetings, and interviews will be essential. You will also be required to liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for timely resolution of hardware/software issues and ensure that all VC-related hardware/software is up-to-date with the latest versions. Furthermore, you will work closely with LAN/Wi-Fi engineers to resolve connectivity issues at the site. Flexibility is key in this role as you will need to follow the Bank's working hours and accommodate shift schedules between 9 AM and 9 PM as needed. You should also be available for deployment during holidays if meetings are scheduled and provide support at nearby branches or Staff Training Centers (STCs) in Chennai when required. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in video conferencing support or a similar role. Familiarity with enterprise-level video conferencing equipment and software is preferred, and experience working in banking or financial institutions would be a plus.,
