Job Title: Delivery Manager, Business Intelligence - Remote Nightshift work, per EST hours Duration (Contract): 7 Months Job Description: The role of Manager, Business Intelligence is responsible in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of BI solutions. He/she will be working closely with IT to understand the underlying data models, which includes understanding the relationships between key tables, attributes, measures, and logical definitions. He/she will be responsible for the data movements among our data sources, which include our numerous internal databases as well as 3rd parties’ data sources, to and from our BI ecosystems. He/she will also be liasing with the on shore BI team and the Analytics teams to understand business requirements, in order to identify and to recommend the best solution to the end users. Working within our BI tools, he/she will be creating the data architecture and business logics to support reporting, as well as documenting business logics implemented. Job Functions: Analyse user requirements and design functional specifications for BI applications Design, code, test, and document all new or modified BI systems, applications, and programs Develop the semantic layer of business intelligence, metadata, reports, and report definitions Troubleshoot BI reports and dashboards; performance-tune as necessary Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information System, Business, and other closely related degrees preferred 5+ years of Business Intelligence experience Birst, Tableau, or at least one major BI product preferred Experience with at least one programming language or query language SQL experience required Python experience required Experience with Data modelling tools a plus Ability to synthesize disparate and complex sources of information and create value-added insight and perspective Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively interact, and collaborate with key stakeholders Attention to detail Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Offshore position for 6 months contract Nighshift work, per EST hours Job Description: As a Tableau Developer, you build dashboards from the ground up, implementing creative design, latest functionalities, and an organized layout to create views that are refined and easy for users to navigate. The candidate must also have the ability to build advanced calculations in Tableau to accommodate the need for complex requirements from the business. A solid understanding of underlying data and the implications of data structures is required, as well as the ability to communicate to members of IT and the data team in coordinating changes required in both data content and layout. Data governance and documentation post-build will also be critical in ensuring user adoption.
