This is an on-ground execution + coordination role. You will be responsible for student lead generation, local marketing (posters, banners), calling, event coordination, and admissions — ensuring smooth operations at the center. Key Responsibilities:🎯 Student Lead Generation & MarketingPromote courses in nearby colleges (SKIT, VIT, JECRC, etc.) Distribute flyers, manage poster/banner printing & placement. Plan and execute small awareness events or workshops. Build tie-ups with college clubs and local PGs/hostels for referrals. Manage social media promotions (basic posting, inquiries handling). ☎️ Student Counseling & Follow-upsHandle walk-ins, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries. Maintain student database & follow-up calls till admission. Conduct admission counseling and explain course details. 🗂️ Operations & CoordinationCoordinate with trainers for batch schedules. Handle basic center operations — attendance, materials, feedback collection. Assist management in planning weekly tasks and marketing activities. 💡 Strategy & ReportingSuggest new marketing ideas, collaborations, or events. Prepare weekly performance and lead reports. Manage expense tracking for banners, printing, and marketing. Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication & coordination skills (Hindi & basic English). Basic computer & social media knowledge (Excel, Canva, WhatsApp Business, Instagram). Smart, street-active personality — ability to get things done on ground. Prior experience in education sales / marketing preferred (not mandatory). Should be comfortable visiting nearby colleges & markets occasionally.
