Responsibilities: Design, develop & maintain scalable backend using Python, Java & microservices on Azure Cloud Services with CI/CD pipelines in Docker containers on Kubernetes. Maintain project documentation for all backend Configure storage for the app Configure logic for different features of allocating students on placements Configure the application so it can be used with multiple different clients Configuration of AD with clients Must be cybersecurity aware and able to align the app to UK cybersecurity plus certification Write databases for storage of documents and placement provider information Develop APIs Configure mail service for app No GPT allowed to shortcut backend you should be able to code yourself Responsibility for the whole back end we are a small company with only one front end developer Must be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively and able to be open on ideas and changes We pay £1000 p.m with flexible hours. Expected up to 2 hours a week of meeting one at the start of week one at the end for progress meeting.
