It's the pathetic place . Forget about AC but there is not a single fan in the waiting area and absolutely no washrooms for the visitors. Please do not call your customers for meeting here as you might loose your reputation here

Good architecture and attention to detail, right from vehicle and pedestrian movement to high speed elevators with controlled floor access ...the restaurant is a nice hangout place during evening time ...proximity to both highway and vashi railway station..

Been there not as a tenant but as a visitor. The set up is good. Though the security could be beefed up. The premises was well maintained. The views are good and the best part is the proximity both from vashi railway station and highway

This property is very close to Vashi Railway station approx - 500 mtr away. It is commercial tower and location is very nice peaceful and road connectivity. From this tower Vashi Mankhurd Bridge and Indian Ocean can be seen. Such a nice place.
