City IT park. Good maintenance. A mini govt like ambiance. Cons - one gate during the peak hours it will be heavy traffic. Be cautious if any interview are scheduled start before and be on time. Bit crowded in most of the signals in this road ways.

Went for one of the client meetings. Very well maintained. Commuting to this building during office hours is an experience, metro project on the access road, leads to snarling traffic.

The place is decent with so many IT and software companies. The offices in here maintain good cleanliness and security guidelines. The problem is you cannot find a place to hangout or talk to friends except in restaurant. They should have some free space and some parks.
