Job Description

We are looking for a Cutting Supervisor to manage and control cutting operations in manufacturing unit, ensuring accuracy, quality, and production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily fabric cutting activities
Ensure cutting as per markers, patterns, and production plans
Manage cutting staff and allocate work
Control fabric usage and minimize wastage
Maintain quality and accuracy in cutting
Ensure safety and housekeeping standards
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams
Maintain daily cutting reports

Requirements:

Experience as a Cutting Supervisor in the textile/garment industry
Knowledge of fabric types, markers, and cutting techniques
Ability to handle manpower and meet deadlines
Basic documentation and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
