Hiring for Freshers who can handle inbound customer interactions via calls and chat Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Coordinate with internal teams to address concerns.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation. Full-time graduation is preferred from a recognized University in any discipline. Excellent communication skills in English. Applicants must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
