Customer Support Specialist - Voice Process

As a Customer Support Specialist for the Voice Process at our company, you will be located in Hebbal, Bangalore, and specifically work with the Amway process. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound queries and providing support to customers. To be eligible for this position, you must have a minimum qualification of 10+2 (HSC Pass) and be proficient in both English and Hindi languages. Freshers are encouraged to apply for this role. Your work schedule will consist of 6 working days per week with fixed day shifts from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Additionally, you will have 1 rotational week off. The salary offered for this position is 17600 CTC with 14100 in-hand.
