Customer Support Specialist - Phonepe

As a Customer Support Executive at Phonepe, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers in resolving their queries and concerns efficiently. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries in Hindi and English languages. Key Responsibilities: - Address customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with customers through phone calls and emails - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while assisting customers - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service - Adhere to the company's guidelines and policies while interacting with customers Qualifications Required: - Eligible candidates should have a degree in B.com, BBM, Bsc, BA, BCA, B.E, or Btech - Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is mandatory - Versant Level 5 certification is preferred - Prior experience in customer support is an added advantage Please note that this position offers a CTC of 23,000/- for freshers and up to 25,000/- for experienced candidates. In addition, there is a quarterly bonus of 4,215/- provided to employees. The work schedule includes 6 days of work with rotational shifts between 7 am to 8 pm for females and 7 am to 12 am for males.
