Job description ob Title: Customer Support Executive - PUNE (KHARADI) | Up to ₹35,000/month Job Description: 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry (domestic calling) preferred but not mandatory. Outbound Process Insurance Sales Job Role & Responsibilities: ✔ Handle inbound/outbound calls customers ✔ Provide exceptional customer service & resolve queries efficiently ✔ Ensure high customer satisfaction with a professional & friendly approach ✔ Maintain accurate records and follow company processes Eligibility Criteria: ✔ Excellent English communication (verbal & written) MANDATORY ✔ Freshers with great communication can apply! ✔ Experience in BPO/Customer Support (preferred but not mandatory) ✔ Willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) ✔ Comfortable with rotational week-offs Show more Show less
