Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our Kannada speaking customers. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, or chat English - Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer complaints and concerns - Utilize knowledge bases, FAQs, and other resources to resolve customer issues efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Meet and exceed performance targets, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements - Fluency in English languages (spoken and written) - 0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
