Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to users of our Tally software, resolving issues and answering queries promptly and effectively. 2. Utilise your deep knowledge of Tally to guide customers through software functionalities, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure smooth software operations. 3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in order to explain complex accounting concepts and software features to users with varying levels of expertise. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate software bugs, suggesting improvements and enhancements to our development team for a seamless user experience. 5. Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our customers. 6. Leverage your problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer pain points, working closely with them to find suitable solutions and improve their overall experience. 7. Assist in training and onboarding new customers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use our Tally software. Requisite: candidates with only 0–2 years of experience must apply Graduate (BCom. Preferred). Candidates who have pursued courses in Advanced Tally or Tally Prime would be a great fit. Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Passion for the SaaS industry and its best practices Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive. Job Location: Santacruz East, Vakola, Mumbai Working Days : Monday to Friday; 10:00 to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Compensation: Rs. 15,000 per month up upto Rs. 25,000 per month (we are open to expanding the salary bracket depending on experience and last drawn salary).
