Customer Support Associate (BACKEND PROCESS)

As a Customer Support Associate (Backend Process), your role will involve the verification of customer documents (UIDAI DQ), English to Hindi translation when required, and providing customer-oriented backend support. You will be required to work in rotational shifts (9 AM - 7 PM & 9 PM - 7 AM) for 5 working days with a rotational week off. Please note that no planned leaves are allowed in the first 3 months of your employment. Key Responsibilities: - Verification of customer documents (UIDAI DQ). - English to Hindi translation when required. - Providing customer-oriented backend support. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply). - Language Requirement: - Punjabi reading (for Punjabi candidates) - Gujarati reading (for Gujarati candidates) - Bengali & Hindi reading (for Bengali & Hindi candidates) The salary structure for this position is as follows: - Punjabi Candidate: 2,00,000 CTC (15,000 in-hand) - Gujarati Candidate: 2,50,000 CTC (18,800 in-hand) - Bengali/Hindi/English/Assamese/Odia Candidate: 1,60,050 CTC (11,700 in-hand) In the interview process, you can expect an HR Round (General Check) followed by an OPS Round (General Check). Make sure to have the following documents ready: Education Mark Sheets, Aadhaar Card (Govt. ID proof), PAN Card, Offer/Experience Letter. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires you to work from the office. The work location will be in person. Benefits include Provident Fund.
