Orders Management: Provides a channel of communication to customers, processing new enquiries. Recommending suitable products to customer based on the requirements. Ensure product availability and time constraint delivery by coordinating meticulously with internal customers. Act as a channel between customer and Production units to ensure on time delivery. Coordinating with commercial teams in preparing shipping documents. Finalizing the Incoterms with the customer. Post Sales Assistance Handing Customer Complaints and Sales returns. Proactive follow ups with Factories to meet the expected demand based on Customer forecasted volume Inventory Management Ensure adequate stocks are available at the factory to ensure flawless delivery - Collecting digital KYCs from customers Sharing Pending order status with customers - Payment follow- ups with customer in case of delay Conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey to ensure flawless service to customers Training customers on placing orders through Sales Force tool. Data Analysis: Sales Report for Leadership Review - Managing multiple Sales reports based on different leadership reviews on daily / weekly / Monthly frequency Trend Analysis for Management Act as SPOC for ISO Audit and Customer Audits on CRM / Sales & Marketing in production units Power BI Reports Apart from the above anything else as may be suitable based on candidates skill set & Experience.
