Customer Success Associate – Insurance Domain
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office (Walk-in Interviews)

Position Overview:
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for a leading domestic insurance process. The role involves advising potential leads on suitable health, motor, and life insurance products while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to connect with potential customers
• Understand and recommend appropriate insurance plans
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Preferred Background: Insurance or sales experience is an advantage
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (no MTI/RTI/grammar issues)

Salary Range:

• Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
• Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn)

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working
• Rotational shifts (female employees will be scheduled only till 8 PM)

• Operations Round
• Client Interview
