Job Description

Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services. Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team or sourced independently. Sales Pitch: Present and explain the benefits of the companys products or services clearly and persuasively. Address customer objections and provide accurate product information. Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track and report performance metrics to supervisors. Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information. Log call details, customer feedback, and follow-up actions. Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and tele calling scripts. Ensure all interactions comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
