Job Description

Customer Interaction: Handling customer inquiries and requests via various channels (phone, email, in-person). Additional Skills and Qualities: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and resolving their issues. Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues is crucial. Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Organizational Skills: Keeping records of customer interactions and maintaining accurate data. Data Entry Skills: Familiarity with computer systems and data entry procedures. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. Documentation: Maintaining records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Order Management: Assisting with placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing order status updates. Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Feedback Collection: Collecting customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Data Entry: Updating customer information and other relevant data in company systems. Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling and managing appointments for customers. Sales Support: In some cases, CREs may also be involved in identifying and generating sales leads.
