Be part of a dynamic and eco-conscious team that's driving the future. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner. Explain Ather’s electric scooters, features, benefits, and offers to customers. Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries and leads. Assist with vehicle delivery, documentation, and post-sale follow-ups. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with a customer-first approach. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Preferred Skills: Previous experience in automobile or retail showroom customer handling is a plus. Passion for EVs and sustainability is highly appreciated.
