Job Description

  • Inputting System entry ( First Level Only)
  • Maintaining branch Registers
  • Maintaining customer application form and KYC Properly
  • Doing Cash Operations and tallying and its record keeping.
  • Maintaining customer data base.
  • Business promotion activity support.
  • Tele calling and follow-up actions.
  • Customer Meeting
  • Attending to customer quires.
  • Attending to Cash remittance (Inward & outward)
    Received and Accepted
  • Handling all matters pertaining to Staff administration – such as, maintaining Staff Files
  • Daily verification of Cash and regular verification of Gold Loan Packets and other Securities.
  • Holding of the Double Lock Key of the Strong Room/ Safe and control as well as supervision
    over the operation of the Strong Room.
  • Proper checking and verification of all the incoming and outgoing Bills/ Vouchers.
  • Monitoring and achieving business targets of the branch.
