Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and update Customer Master Data in SAP.
• Handle customer creation, modification, extension and deletion requests.
• Validate customer information and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform customer master data cleansing, deduplication and standardization.
• Identify and resolve customer data discrepancies within agreed TAT/SLA.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Maintain customer master data documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand and fulfil customer data requirements.
• Perform periodic data-quality checks and audits.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on master data activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support training and knowledge transfer for new team members.

Important Requirement:

Hands-on experience in Customer Master Data Management (MDM) is mandatory.
