Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Journey Advisor – HNI Support Centre to deliver personalised service and manage end-to-end travel experiences for High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HNI client enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer preferences, travel requirements, and budgets.
• Recommend travel packages, hotels, destinations, and customised itineraries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Provide timely updates on bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Provide pre-travel, during-travel, and post-travel support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, sales coordination, or relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury services, or premium customer support is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
