Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to increase business volume.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth through effective distribution channel sales planning.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-6 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of general trade, distributor handling, and channel sales principles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
