Customer Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities:

• Customer service: Help customers with questions, resolve complaints, and provide information about warranties and maintenance
• New vehicle delivery: Prepare new vehicles for delivery, and ensure customers are informed about their vehicle's features
• Service appointments: Schedule and confirm service appointments for new customers
• Follow-up: Follow up with customers after repairs are complete
• Customer satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and report on it to management
• Customer feedback: Encourage positive customer feedback and offer incentives
• Dealership operations: Coordinate customer follow-up programs and work with salespeople to ensure post-sale contact
• Factory assistance: Coordinate factory assistance when dealership resources are exhausted
