We focus on providing seamless, efficient, and customer-centric services to meet every need. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring prompt resolution of queries, complaints, and service-related issues while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Address concerns related to bookings, services, payments, or platform functionality. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments (e.g., site engineers, service providers). Complaint Management Register and document customer complaints systematically. Track complaint resolutions, ensuring closure within defined timelines. Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction post-resolution. Appointment Coordination Assist customers in scheduling inspections and services. Ensure proper communication between customers, site engineers, and service providers. Payment Assistance Guide customers through payment processes, including milestone payments. Resolve payment disputes or failures with efficiency. Customer Feedback Collect feedback on completed services and overall app experience. Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction based on recurring issues. Data Management Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Prepare periodic reports highlighting key trends and areas of improvement. Requirements Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred). Relevant certifications in customer service are an added advantage. Experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role. Experience in service platforms or similar industries is a plus. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer care software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Behavioral Traits Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
