Job Description: You will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries and complaints over calls and chats. Your primary role will involve providing accurate information regarding orders, refunds, exchanges, and other related inquiries. It is crucial to maintain call quality and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction. Additionally, you are expected to maintain a professional and helpful tone in all written communications. This is a full-time position that requires a strong command of the English language. The ideal candidate should be between 18 to 33 years of age and possess at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education qualification.
